2005 Piper Arrow III N86SU For Sale Hard to find very clean non-turbo later model Arrow III. Two owners: 2005-2023 Ohio State University-used for instrument and commercial ratings (not primary flight training)-in OSU's Part 141 Flight Program where it received ongoing 100-hr inspections/maintenance. 2023-2026 Heavenly Realms Aviation in Grand Junction, CO where it was flown by two owner/pilots and meticulously maintained by DNT Avionics at KGJT. The current owner/pilots actively fly "their girl" monthly all over the mountain west (Colorado: Denver, Kremmling, Aspen, Telluride, Leadville; Wyoming: Laramie; New Mexico: Taos; Arizona: Page; Utah: Heber Valley, Moab, St George). Sellers are upgrading to a larger aircraft. Please give us a call and make us an offer (Toby Eric ) Complete engine overhaul in 2023 with new cylinders-engine broken in by pros. Has received oil changes every ~50-60 hrs since new. Oil consumption approximately 1 quart per 10-12 hrs. Compressions at last annual (6/27/25) 1: 78/80; 2: 78/80; 3: 76/80; 4: 78/80. New ignition switch and electric fuel pump in 2024. Upgraded PlanePower Alternator/Voltage Regulator/Battery with BatteryMINDer trickle charger/desulfator installed in 2025. New ELT installed 2025. New magnetos 2025. Hangared in a heated hangar in Grand Junction and engine block heater installed shortly after new engine installed, so engine has had very few cold starts. Engine starts right up every time and purrs like a kitten (see attached video). Complete logbooks since new, no major damage history (leading edge skin replaced), no known hail or corrosion (AD 20-26-16 eddy current) complied with, very nice paint and interior and solid Garmin / Avidyne IFR package.

Original allover Whisper Gray exterior with Flag Red and Gray accent. Refreshed in 2023 and shows very well. Rated 7+/10. Recently refurbished interior with new Gray vinyl seats and original Gray vinyl side panels and Black carpeting. Overall in very good condition. Rated 7+/10.
