AeroGurus ("we", "us", "our") operates aerogurus.com, an aircraft listing aggregation service. We aggregate publicly available aircraft listings from third-party marketplaces and enrich them with publicly available government data. We are NOT a marketplace, broker, or dealer. We do not sell aircraft, facilitate transactions, or hold escrow.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing aerogurus.com, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

3. Service Description

• We aggregate aircraft-for-sale listings from third-party sources
• We enrich listings with data from public government sources (FAA, NTSB)
• We provide estimated market values (AeroGurus Market Estimate / AME)
• We redirect users to original listing sources for transactions
• Our service is free for end users

4. No Warranty on Data

ALL DATA ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

• Listing prices, photos, and descriptions are sourced from third-party marketplaces and may be inaccurate, outdated, or contain errors. We update data daily but source sites may not update immediately
• AeroGurus Market Estimates (AME) are algorithmic estimates based on historical asking prices and comparable listings. They are NOT professional appraisals and should not be the sole basis for valuation. Always obtain an independent appraisal from a certified aircraft appraiser
• FAA registration and NTSB safety records are public domain data and may contain reporting delays or errors. Verify critical information directly at faa.gov and ntsb.gov
• Cost estimates are informational only, based on industry averages and historical data
• We do not independently verify listing accuracy, seller identity, aircraft condition, or airworthiness status
• Photos may belong to original listing sources and may not reflect current aircraft condition
• Always conduct independent due diligence, hire a qualified A&P/IA mechanic for inspection, and consult an aviation attorney before any purchase

5. Not Financial or Professional Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional aviation advice. Consult qualified professionals: aircraft appraiser for valuation, A&P/IA mechanic for inspection, aviation attorney for transactions, aviation CPA for tax questions.

6. Intellectual Property

• AeroGurus original content (text, design, code, algorithms) is copyrighted
• Aircraft listing data belongs to respective listing sources and is displayed under fair use for comparison purposes
• Photos remain the property of the original uploader or listing source
• Government data (FAA, NTSB) is public domain
• You may not scrape, copy, or republish our content without written permission

7. Prohibited Uses

• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of listing data
• Reproduction or commercial use of AeroGurus content, data, or algorithms
• Reverse engineering of our AeroGurus Market Estimate (AME) algorithm
• Using the site to spam, harass, or defraud other users or sellers
• Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Creating accounts with false information

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. DMCA Copyright Notice

AeroGurus respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL of the infringing content on aerogurus.com
• Your contact information (name, email, address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury

We link to third-party websites (listing sources, government databases) and aggregate their publicly available data. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, practices, or any transactions conducted on their platforms. When you click "View Listing" you leave AeroGurus and interact directly with the source website.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEROGURUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY DATA PROVIDED. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON LISTING PRICES, MARKET ESTIMATES, SAFETY DATA, OR OPERATING COST CALCULATIONS.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For major changes, we will notify registered users by email.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

By using AeroGurus you waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
