Detailed Description For Sale: 1982 Cessna Conquest I - Immaculate, Low-Hour Turboprop with Garmin Glass Panel This exceptionally well-maintained 1982 Cessna Conquest I is a standout example of performance, reliability, and value in the turboprop market. Hangared in a climate-controlled environment, this aircraft boasts low hours on both airframe and engines. Featuring a modern Garmin glass cockpit and digital autopilot, it's ready for serious travel with comfort, efficiency, and upgraded avionics. At altitude I frequently see 274 knots true air speed. Roomy cabin with air conditioning and pressurized comfort. On average the airplane burns 500 lbs per hour or 75 gallons with a max gross take off weight of 8600 lbs. This is a very capable aircraft and one of the easiest to fly and handle. With reversing props in can stop in a very short distance. I cannot stress enough how impressed I have been with this amazing machine.

About the Cessna Conquest I

The Cessna Conquest I (model 425) is the smaller of Cessna's two pressurised twin-turboprops — a cabin-class aircraft powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A turbines, offering turbine reliability, a comfortable pressurised cabin and high-altitude capability. It bridges the gap between piston twins and larger business turboprops, cruising around 270 knots. See the live price range and median above for the Cessna Conquest I and 425 listings currently on the market.

Produced 1980–1985.
