Description
WAAS, Therma Wing ( Kelly Aerospace) + Prop decie, Only 530 TT and shows pride-of-ownership. 1,096# useful per W&B in '23, Avidyne EX-5000 w/ 8.2 release, S-Tec 55X A/P, IFD-440 w/ WAAS replacement for Garmin 430. Platinum Engine, Speed brakes, oxygen. GTX-345 Transponder, ADS B in/out. Offered subject to prior sale/commitment, change in hours/equipment, and a mutually signed sales agreement betgween Buyer & Seller ( thank you). Sales Procedure steps below: 1. Please have your financing ready - we can't hold an airplane or take a deposit "subject to financing" 2. Please have your inspector lined up, we require buyers to inspect the airplane by a FAA licensed mechanic before purchase. 3. Come see the airplane and read the log books, your inspector is welcome to use our hangar after a sales contract has been agreed to and signed by Buyer and Seller, and a refundable deposit placed with an agreed escrow service. 4. We can send copies of specific events out of the log books, and we can scan the log books, as time permits. 5. The Sales agreement includes a Hold Harmless agreement - it is an AS-IS, where-is sale with all faults, subject to your pre-buy inspection. 6. The agreement covers common-sense items, like We are only the Broker and represent only the Seller and do not make any warranties as to anything. The Seller warrants clear title and nothing else. 7.. If you are happy with the agreement, and place your refundable $ 10,000 deposit with an agreed escrow (it's refundable based upon your acceptance of your inspection), then we test fly it with you, and go to the pre-buy inspection step. 8. Price Discussions: The Seller has put thought into the price so that the airplane is attractive and competitive to similar offerings, and presents a compelling offering to Buyers. 9. You can email an offer at any time, but generally, the posted price, for the above reasons, short of an extraordinary circumstance, is the price. We love buyers to compare, compare, compare. 10. On the pre-buy, your inspector must return the airplane to us the way we gave it to the inspector. The seller is not obligated to fix "whatever your mechanic finds". You can walk away at any time. If there's a genuine issue that the seller agrees with, it can certainly be discussed. 11. After the inspection, if the inspection is satisfactory to you, you proceed to close and pay for the airplane. Please watch and follow the due dates for funds and documents to the escrow ( thank you) 12. Like buying a new car, proof of acceptable insurance is required prior to closing. 13. The escrow process is like buying a house- the escrow will check the title status at the FAA, collect the money, file the title transfer documents at the FAA, and pay the Seller Next step? Go flying and have adventures! Thank you for reading.
We look forward to meeting with you
About the Cessna 400
The Cessna 400 (originally the Columbia 400 and later marketed as the Cessna Corvalis TT) is a high-performance, single-engine piston aircraft produced from 2004 to 2018. Featuring a 310-horsepower Continental TSIO-550 turbocharged engine, the Cessna 400 cruises at 220 knots with a range of 1,100 nautical miles, placing it among the fastest certified fixed-gear piston singles ever built.
With a maximum takeoff weight of 3,600 lbs, fuel burn of approximately 17.5 gallons per hour, and seating for four, the Cessna 400 delivers near-turboprop speeds at piston operating costs. Variable hourly costs average around $200, with annual fixed costs near $26,000. The all-composite airframe, Garmin G1000 glass cockpit, and turbocharged engine create a technologically advanced package for serious cross-country travel.
The Cessna 400 appeals to speed-oriented owner-pilots who fly regularly for business and want to cover 500-plus-mile trips in the shortest time possible without stepping up to turbine power. Its composite construction provides a smooth, aerodynamically clean exterior that contributes to its exceptional cruise performance. While production was limited compared to other Cessna models, the type benefits from the Cessna service network and shares a platform with the Cessna TTx.
Produced 2004–2018. Total produced: 500.
