RH Engine: Continental TSIO-520-EB, serial 271456-R. 2,186.1 hours time since new, 787.2 hours since major overhaul. Cylinders #3 and #5 replaced in February 2025 using RAM parts under work order 035189. Most recent compressions at that time: 1/66, 2/61, 3/74, 4/52, 5/76, 6/54. Oil service with Phillips 20XC-50, AA48108 filter. Spark plugs cleaned, gapped, and bomb tested. Magneto timing checked. SID97-3E fuel system calibration performed. ADs 23-02-12, 23-05-16, and 23-17-04 confirmed not applicable, affected parts not installed. LH Engine: Continental TSIO-520-EB, serial 271447-R. 2,186.1 hours time since new, 787.2 hours since major overhaul. Most recent service March 2026. Throttle body removed and overhauled by Aircraft Carb and Injection Service under work order 11487, reinstalled. Compressions all 72/80+. Oil and filter changed, no metal noted. Serviced with Phillips 20W50. Spark plugs cleaned and gapped. Mag timing checked. Boost, max fuel flow, and idle mixture adjusted. AD2000-01-16 complied with, next due March 2027.

No damage history. Equipped with factory air heated pilot-side windshield de-ice panel, and de-ice boots on wings and empennage. No known damage history.

Four-place club seating in charcoal/graphite leather with gray accented headrests and embroidered Cessna logo. Cabin seats show normal age-related creasing. Rear left seat currently removed but will be delivered with the aircraft. Gray textured sidewall panels in good condition with two-tone tan woven lower accent. Tan berber carpet throughout. Cream fabric window curtains at each oval window. Off-white headliner, clean. Burled wood cabinet aft in the cabin. Overhead air vents. Cockpit seats in charcoal leather with wear and creasing consistent with age.
