DURING GROUND OPERATION, CAM SHAFT GEAR BROKE TWO TEETH. MOTOR AND DIRECTLY RELATED ACCESSORIES WERE REMOVED AND O/H. IT WAS UNDETERMINED BY THE O/H SHOP, THE CAUSE OF THE GEAR FAILURE.
