Based on the excellent condition of the paint, which has been recently waxed, it's quite possible the plane has always been kept in a hangar. Unfortunately, the pictures I took really don't do it justice when you see it in person. I was fortunate, as the only son, to fly in this Bonanza on several adventures over the years, most of them between 2007-2012. One of many dreams was to upgrade the engine and instrument panel, so a project began to design the panel and purchase the new engine. Unfortunately, this is where the storyline changes when cancer took my 2nd parent and pilot of the Bonanza. Once I got through the normal course of things associated with a death of a parent, I needed to make a decision on what to do with the Bonanza. I chose a much harder path and hired a qualified and certified "A P" to continue dream of installing the upgraded panel that was previously designed and made along with the "zero time" engine that was purchased through Continental, and brand new interior. The one component that I chose was the dual yoke, although I had to make a bunch of decisions along the way as you can see in the photos with all the parts that were purchased along the way. This project took years and was recently completed and signed off. The plane comes with tons of books and instructions on everything that you might need, probably more books and literature than is wanted. The Adlog AMR System Manual goes back to 2007, shortly after the plane was purchased. Besides all the books, there is tons of receipts and paperwork showing everything that was done over time, probably more than is wanted. While I'm not a pilot, I have many hours in small planes and will do my best to answer any questions you will have if you decide to call for more information.
