This highly versatile airplane, with its fresh engine is ready for years of high performance service.

Engine

BRAND NEW 285hp TSIO520C3B engine (built June 2024) installed Sept 2024 with just over 100hrs since. The engine bay is a clean, powerful, tightly packed work of art. NEW full exhaust system from Plane-Exhaust Three blade McCauley propeller. Overhauled in 2014 at Byam Propeller Service, Inc. Ft. Worth TX with ~600hrs since.

Recent updates and servicing include: - Installation in 2026 of Micro-Vortex Generators that significantly improve low speed handling and make this high performance aircraft as comfortable to operate on short grass strips as large regional airports. - Right fuel tank resealed in 2026. - New main gear tires in 2025 - Overhauled hydraulic power pack 2024 - Upgraded nav lights and strobes to LEDs 2021 - Carry-thru spar inspection to SEL-57-06 (AD2020-03-16) completed Nov 2019. Some notable STC's installed are : Monarch fuel caps for far superior water ingress protection on the 90gal (total) fuel tanks Veftronics voltage regulator Wing mounted gear down inspection mirror Bracket air filter Riley International turbo intercooler.

Blue, white and black paint in clean modern scheme. Excellent condition with great ramp appeal. Fresh, comfortable and SPACIOUS interior with grey leather and tinted windows. - All new Airtex interior (seats, side panels, carpet, headliner) and Plane Plastics trim installed 2018 - Seatbelts re-webbed, 2018. - New custom instrument panels installed 2001 - Aircraft stripped and repainted by Flying Colors Inc, Colorado, 1991. - Aircraft ha always been hangar kept but a Bruce's custom cockpit cover is included for nights spent outside away from base. - Six place oxygen system installed but tank certification not current at this time
