This is a low time, squawk and corrosion free v-tail. Owned by an A P/IA before me to shuttle himself and his wife from Minnesota to Arizona - he did the full OH using new spinning parts and hoses in 2022 before he lost his insurance and sold to me. I did a full avionics and airframe upgrade to include the EA electronic ignition, upgraded lights and the full custom panel and top grade Garmin avionics. This airplane needs nothing except more flying to more places, a lot more often than I have time for. 165kts TAS at 7000ft on 13.5gal/hr. You'll not find a better equipped or cleaner v-tail out there.
Engine
Engine Time: Continental IO-470-N. Major overhaul completed July 2022 - currently about 300 SMOH. Engine total time approx. 3,150. TBO 1,700. Everything FW forward new or rebuilt at time of overhaul including new oil lines. Propeller: Hartzell BHC-L2YF-1BF, S/N QK67B - a new propeller installed in 2019 just prior to the engine overhaul, approx. 380 hours since new.
