Description
Beautiful 1958 Beechcraft Travel Air (BE-95) for sale. This aircraft has been a pleasure to own, and we've taken it on many fun adventures. Owned and operated by a Delta pilot and a CFI. You will not find a better bargain on the market when it comes to piston twins. The safety of two engines and the fuel economy of a high-strung single engine. We typically see about 17 gph at 145 KTAS cruising around 8000' MSL. It has 106 gallons usable which means more endurance than your bladder! This plane is NOT showroom condition, rather it is a USABLE aircraft. It has held up remarkably well for its age. It has a dual yoke and dual toe brakes which makes it versatile for cruising around or training. Century III A/P with electric trim and nose heater which work fairly well. Great IFR plane as well with a WAAS GPS unit and all the ground-based navigation (VOR and ILS). Bluetooth connection to the GPS unit means you can send flight plans from Foreflight with ease! We will be sad to see this classic go, but we are looking to move on into something more aerobatic and less practical. Next annual due 01/2027. Next IFR inspection due 08/2026.
