Basic Specs: TT 3358 hr, SMOH by Lycon: 102 hr, Prop 102 hr (Santa Monica Propeller), Useful Load 1175#, Condition: Used, Seats: 4 This is a great Bonanza and fast. photos show IAS at 11,500' 148 kts IAS on 12.5 GPH, rich of peak. OAT 34, TAS 176 kts. And that's at full throttle (20 inches) and 2400 rpm. There is more to go. While Ken Tunnell at LyCon engines denies massaging the motor at last overall, sure seems to make 285 hp and then some. Gear doors shut tight. It flies beautifully and the last annual was in May of 2025. The airframe is clean with no corrosion and always hangared. As you will see below the Avionics are original, KX-170B, KX-175, with an ILS, but it has top of the line Garmin GTX345 ADS-B in and out xponder which can bluetooth to your iPAD and a JPI EDM 830, GAMI injectors, Large Baggage door.
