G500TXi synthetic vision, full engine monitor, GTN 750, GTX 345 ADSB IN/OUT, GI-275 backup attitude, KFC200 with Yaw Damp and Altitude preselect Garmin Radar-- GWX 75 Flight Into Known Ice Equipped Factory Air Conditioning with new compressor Vortex Generators Fine wire spark plugs and all engine accessories within 500 hours of inspection (mags, starters, alternators) Whelen LED strobes, LED taxi light, LED landing lights Lord Shimmy Damper SRS Aluminum Elevators Ice Shields -13998 Total Airframe Time - LH Engine 1685 SMOH. Continental rebuilt purchased in 2021 - RH Engine 1048 SMOH. Continental rebuilt purchased in 2022 - New Hartzell Props both L/R in 2023 755hr SNEW - 330 Hours on Cabin Heater Recent maintenance: landing gear motor, landing gear transmission overhauled. 2024 main batteries- both 2025 deice boots- various new wing bolts 620 hours ago 2023 Complete logs (with all 8130s organized, no damage history, flew a lot but maintained very well to keep up with hours, very thorough and organized documentation).
Engine
Engines are strong. This plane makes book performance numbers. Good compressions and excellent borescope at recent annual inspection.
Propeller
No damage history airframe. Impeccable, complete logbooks. Previously operated under part 135 with lots of new parts when parts were needed. Needs nothing
Interior
Interior is acceptable and has had light updates. One can continue as is or plan an interior to their own liking. Paint is good with several wear locations professionally re-painted. Polished and ceramic coated.
