Description
This 1980 Beech Skipper is a great find! The airframe is extremely low with less than 2000 hours total time since new. The engine is factory original and performs flawlessly. The plane is IFR equipped with King avionics and the cosmetics are fantastic. If you are looking for an inexpensive time builder, trainer or a simple way to commute, this is your chance. Propeller
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no signs of any damage or repairs. The original logbooks from 1980-March 2001 were lost in a documented airport building fire at William Tuck Airport on March 5, 2001. Logs were accurately reconstructed from maintenance records. Fire department statement included and signed by the Fire Chief. From 2001 to present, all logs are complete and up to date. Aircraft made a precautionary landing on a dry lake bed. Reason for landing undocumented. Upon departure the nose wheel shimmied and buckled causing minor damage to nose wheel. Repaired and returned to service per 14 CFR 43.9 FAA Report # 19820822050639I
Interior
The overall condition of the exterior is excellent. The finish has a moderate shine with no noticeable chips scratches or missing paint. The seats, carpet, side panels and all plastic components are in excellent condition.
