This is a VERY well maintained and pristine TR182 with a useful load of 1023 lbs. A low time engine and prop that would make for a great cross country bird. Great instrumentation and a fresh and clean interior that you won’t be embarrassed to take your friends or spouse in. No money or service has been spared. Not to mention, this aircraft comes with the Air Research Tech. Wing Extensions, Microdynamics Vortex Generators, Robertson STOL kit with Horton STOL-Craft Flap/Aileron gap seals. This will make light work of flying in and out of short strips with minimal effort. Logs available upon request.
Propeller
Prop had major overhaul with new blades in September, 2004
Interior
All of the interior carpet, side panels and seats have been refurbished. Colors are Coffee and Dark Grey. Refurbished 07/2008 or 300 hours ago. Carpets and seats show little sign of wear.
Exterior
Aircraft was painted on 07/2008 or 300 hours ago. Aircraft has been hangered ever since in a climate controlled environment. Colors are White with Red and Gold Trim. All of the windows were replaced on 07/2008 to include the windshield.
Inspection
Lat annual 10/2025. The aircraft is turn key, plug and play. Just add fuel.
Modifications / STCs
• Rosen Visors, Oilamatic Engine Preoiler, Basic Aircraft Products TurboAlternator, All New AeroVents and Ventillation System and Door Seals. O2 bottle and regulator overhauled at last annual. 12/2025
