Great flying family hauler! Super clean 1978 Cessna 182Q with the dependable O-470-U Continental Engine and a smooth MT MTV 15D composite prop. It's IFR certified with a Garmin GTN 750 and STEC 55x autopilot to get you through the weather safely. It also has the Robertson STOL package for those who want to get in and out of tight areas and a useful load of 1129 pounds. There is no damage history and has complete engine and airframe logs. with a lot of life left, only 740hr SMOH. It has been hangared for at least the last 21 years and has a Tanis engine heater for those flying in colder climates. Continental O-470-U 230 HP with an MT MTV-15-D 2-blade composite prop. Tanis engine heater and CHT/EGT probes. The engine has 5247 TT and 740 SMOH. The prop has 404 SNEW. Last annual was 12/4/2025 and compressions were: 75, 71, 72, 70, 73, 72. New spark plugs and new Magnetos in 2024, and new Magneto caps and wires in 2026 a new Concorde battery in 3/2025.
