BTHDescription
The PERFECT regional business aircraft! This beautiful, low-hour, "P" Baron has been rigorously upgraded and maintained to be the perfect light twin business aircraft. Full Garmin TXi glass panel, FIKI, air conditioned, new fuel bladders on both sides, pressurized with a 25,000' service ceiling. Turbo charged engines deliver 650 HP for a phenomenal working load and the 196 gallon capacity gives this piston twin an amazing range at 185 knots. All 12 cylinder heads were replaced less than 24-months ago and the engines burn almost zero oil -- it runs like a new plane. The list of upgrades/overhauls/repairs are numerous but here are some of them since the company purchased the aircraft in 2023. Hartzell props. - Complete Garmin glass panel including -- GTN 500 PFD -- GTN 750 TXi MFD -- GTN 650 TXi MFD -- Garmin EIS -- Garmin audio panel -- Bendix/Aerocruz auto pilot coupled to the nav - flies full approach to minimums -- Weather rader (new, still needs calibration) -- GTI 275 x2 -- GDL 60 installed for automatic chart updates - Major Repairs/Upgrades -- New fuel bladders and wet tanks sealed -- New vacuum pump -- All new cylinders -- New brake system -- from master cylinder through calipers -- Rebuilt cabin heater -- Battery tender -- Cylinder heaters -- Many more.... No Damage history Maintained professionally with all the log books The exterior is original but last year the entire aircraft was "touched up" and ceramic coated in addition to having the boots conditioned -- I'd give it a 6.5/10. The leather interior is also original but I would rate it a 7/10. The original glare shield has been modified to work with the new panel but does need some work.
