Description

This is an absolutely beautiful pressurized Baron. I purchased this with the intention of making it our perfect family hauler about 3 years ago. In that time I replaced both engines, two factory new propellers, designed and had my dream paint job done and had the interior re covered in beautiful dark marbled leather. It has factory AC and is the fastest piston aircraft I have flown with economy cruise 220kts tas at 36gph total, it is able to run 247kts tas at altitude with extra fuel. Useful load just shy of 2000lbs. Long range fuel tanks with 196 gallons. The only reason to sell is during the build process I purchased a King Air and have no use for both. All new tires, brakes flushed and new fluids. This airplane has been gone through and is in excellent shape. The aircraft is located in Rockwall, TX at F46. In the process of the overhaul the right main went flat on taxi and touched the tip of the prop blade for a prop strike. This was before the engine and propeller was replace so there is no engine or propeller associated with the incident still on the aircraft. Total time 3715 Left 41 plus flights ~65 hours Right 152 smoh Left prop 20 smoh Right prop 20 smoh Dual Garmin 430W Garmin GMX 200 color screen MFD Garmin 345 Transponder ADSB in/out Garmin 345 audio Adsb plays on both Garmin 430w and color Garmin MFD screen for excellent situational awareness.

Diamond stitched leather interior dark marbled brown with metallic stitching. The interior is in excellent shape with very little time flown on it. It smells like a new car and feels soft and comfortable.
