About the Beechcraft Bonanza 36

The Beechcraft Bonanza 36 is the stretched, six-seat straight-tail Bonanza — the volume seller of the family and the only Bonanza still in production. Introduced in 1968 and built today as the G36, the 36 features twin aft doors for easy cabin and cargo loading, club seating and a Continental IO-520 or IO-550 engine. It cruises around 176 knots with strong useful load and is one of the most practical owner-flown family aircraft on the market. The A36 is the long-running steam- gauge/early-glass version; the G36 is the modern Garmin G1000 version.

Produced 1968–1979.
