Description
This Aircraft is used by a flight school for IFR training. It has not been used for PPL training. A flight instructor was on board for 93% of all flights. Since the engine overhaul, the average flight time per landing is 40 minutes.
The avionics were almost completely upgraded in 2021 and are fully functional and IFR capable including an S-Tec autopilot. You can easily send your flightplan from your tablet to the GTN650 as Flightsream 210 is installed. Two GI 275 are installed. Each with its own battery and one even its own GPS antenna. Synthetic vision and flightpath vector are also usable as temperature and wind readings.
The leather interior was renewed by Gavintex in 2022 and is in very good condition.
Externally, the aircraft shows several paint defects but has no corrosion. We have wheel fairings for it that are presently not installed.
The aircraft has been under CAMO since 2021, and all ADs and SB/LTAs have been completed. All works, installations and overhauls are fully documented. ARC is valid until 28/07/2026.
There is installed a 64 liter auxiliary fuel tank located beneath the baggage compartment, making a total flight endurance of 7 hours a realistic expectation.
Furthermore, with a useful load of 491 kg, the aircraft offers the capability for comfortable long-distance travel with four people on board.
Due to its Gomolzig exhaust muffler the aircraft holds an enhanced noise protection certificate (erhöhter Lärmschutz) issued by the German authority (LBA).
The hangar space in EDMS can be taken over.
