Description

Beautifully maintained cared Cessna T310P, this old lady has year 1969 and a total of only TT 3481 with only 3446 landings. This model has turbocharged engines with 310 HP each and retractable gear, 2 center wing tip tanks with a total of 530 lt (50USG + 20USG x 2 = 140USG) and thereafter an endurance of more than 5 hours with 65% power setting. With a cruise speed of 220kts and with MTOW of 2400kg, this is a low cost family 5 seater with total 3 baggage compartments (2 in engine nacelles). A wing, tail propeller deicing system allows a ceiling of 20 000 feet, a Janitrol cabin heating a cosy cabin a safe environment with a oxygen system equipped. Last flight was 08.2018, last engine run up in 2022, and deregistered in 2023 due to personal fatality. Conserved airplane between 06.2018 01.2022, thereafter restart with accomplished annual (200h inspection), but no recent ARC. Always hangared under CAMO environment. Unfortunately life act has been lost, but past 5 years of copies available all maintenance actions, also engine propeller original data available. All SID completed, based on AMP V02.0 HB-LFP, must be taken care of with an updated recent AMP version. The structure is free of any stains oxidations, fuselage wings treated with ACF-50. RAM LH 890 TSO, fresh boroskope no oxidation revealed All RAM maintenance release tags forms available. Seamless RAM STC SE4651SW SE3632SW documentation available. RH 430 TSO, fresh boroskope no oxidation revealed. Both LH RH engines are equipped with GAMI injectors for better performance. Propeller McCAULEY D2AF34C71-LMP, standard propellers with better performance than 3 blade propellers. Both 165 TSO, calendar life due, no damage, electrical de-ice.
