Well maintained 310H that fly's regularly and often. Complete and digital logs since new. Annual complete July 2025. Both IO-470-D engines run great with recently overhauled props. Plane has had several recent upgrades in the last 2 years including new Airtex Leather seats, new fuel pumps, new alternators, tires, brakes and much more. Entire Pitot system inspected and replaced along with IFR Cert 11/2024. 3rd mid-time engine included, and currently at JB Aircraft Engines awaiting IRAN.
