Vans RV-10 Project For Sale This is our 5th from scratch Vans RV project and has been built to professional standards. Vans Kit No 41967, It was started in 2019 and is approximately 80% finished. A list of build items is as follows. The project has all import documentation and VAT receipts. Empennage, wings all completed, primed internally and painted externally in Audi white by a professional paint shop. Paint codes are known and detailed. All lighting installed with Aero Led units. Fuel tanks professionally built and pressure tested. TS Flightlines filters installed in wing root. Fuselage is structurally complete, the canopy top is fitted with overhead console but not final riveted on yet. Side glass all trimmed and finished, ready for install. Fuel and brake lines installed using TS Flightlines flexible hoses throughout. A temporary instrument panel has been cut, but the original panel blank is intact, so layout is still flexible. All inside is primed, painted in neutral grey with scuff resistant matt lacquer finish. Aviation fireproof sound insulation is fitted to most external panels. Rear seats completed. Dual battery tray installed as are most electric runs for starter, tail lighting and Dynon data cables. Dynon autopilot servo installed in wing and fuselage. Both doors are fitted, latch assemblies fitted with Plane Around 3rd point lock system and Aerosport flush exterior handles. Aerosport landing light and Baja LED lamp kit in stock but not installed in the cowl. Crow seat belts are in stock. Avionics Dynon Skyview HDX plus all install kit, ADHRS, EMS, probes, remote transponder and aerials. Garmin 355A new in box with GPS antenna. Engine Lycoming IO-540 D4A5 ex Aurigny Trislander. Was at Norvic for an IRAN overhaul and test run on their dyno. After that it was inhibited and is stored with vaporising preserving oil in. We have permission from Francis Donaldson in writing to install a full SDS Injection/Ignition system which is modern technology common rail injection. The system uses dual ECU s, dual coil packs, dual electric fuel pumps The engine has everything installed and includes B C starter and two B C alternators complete with accessories. Lightweight billet aluminium flywheel with detector magnets fitted for SDS. All inspections signed off to date by our Inspector, Steve Cooper.
