Known Corrosion – No corrosion. All surfaces treated to prevent corrosion. Exterior This RV-12 sports a custom space-themed paint job by John Stahr. Set against a medium-dark blue base, the design features black, gold, purple white accents. The pilot side of the horizontal stabilizer shows a molten planet, while the passenger side displays an exploding star. Fire streaks down both sides of the fuselage, with the “RV-12” tail number airbrushed into the design. Interior The interior is done in complementing shades of gray with both vinyl fabric seats.
