1973 Cessna 182P Skylane N182SW I have owned this airplane for several years and installed great electronics and just had the engine and firewall forward overhauled to new limits in 2025. It is in great condition and set up for IFR and cross country flight and with long range tanks, 79 gallons usable and the best autopilot that will fly the approach and has altitude select. AFTT 4262, Engine and prop SMOH 45 hours, times will change. All accessories overhauled with engine, and new battery, voltage regulator, flap motor replaced and front strut resealed as well. Annual completed June 2025. Garmin GTN 650, GTX 345, GFC 500 autopilot, duel G5s, Aera 560 in panel with Gizmo (SiriusXM radio and radar) and EDM 830 Engine Monitor. I had the new digital face installed on the King Kx155, has DME (never use it so not sure it works) and King KMA 24 audio panel. Engine pan heater. Useful load 1,188 lbs and the P model can add to the useful load (150lbs) with a paperwork STC SA03608AT (not installed, cost $750) requiring no modifications, only a slip of paper. Has auto fuel STC, which I have not used auto fuel since I have owned it. Aircraft looks good with some hangar rash from before me on the elevators and nose wheel pant. Had damage history in the 80's and was repaired to Cessna standards. $245,000. I would be interested in partial trade for Stinson 108, Cessna 170B or Maule Mx7-160/180. Building a Bearhawk and getting close to retirement so time to get back to taildragger. Gary Jordan
