SLSA 2016 RV-12 legacy model with dual Garmin G3X avionics. Approx. 602 hours TT. Rotax 912 ULS. Clean title, no accident history, always hangared / indoor stored. This aircraft has been extensively maintained and refurbished by the current owner, an FAA-certified LSRM-A with Rotax iRMT Service, Maintenance, and Heavy Maintenance training. Condition inspection. 3. Cosmetic paint touch-ups. Bottom tailcone skin and avionics bay cover (forward upper fuselage skin) were replaced during maintenance and are currently not painted. 4. Minor rudder skin dent (repairable, or rudder skin can be straightforwardly replaced by someone with appropriate experience and credentials). 5. Fuel pressure sender hose requires air to be flushed from the line (approx. 10-minute task). No known unresolved engine, gearbox, fuel, ignition, or electrical system issues.
