G1 with 1600 TT air frame and IO 550 with 1600 TT as well. Plane was a one owner, one hanger and was maintained with an open checkbook all its life. All maintained records, no damage history, complete logs lowest TT G1 on market! Recently installed brand new dual Garmin G5s. Dual stacked 430’s with WASS. The chute was repacked 2024. Plane had a complete bore scope Jan 2026 with savvy checked. TT will change as plane is flown weekly. Great cross country plane!
