Description
This STOL 1994 Maule MT-7-235 has been meticulously maintained with an open checkbook and all maintenance logs are complete and in order. Stored in a fully insulated climate controlled hangar. My private airstrip is approx 900 ft turf and the Maule handles it with ease. The tricycle configuration allows for maximum braking and control in gusty crosswind. The tricycle configuration also allows for much lower insurance premiums in most cases. The 235HP IO 540 fuel Injected engine has relatively low time, good compression, and performs like new. Plenty of power to get in and out of most places and cruises around 140mph at 12gph. With roughly 70gal capacity. Overall a very versatile and capable aircraft. Wish I had more time to fly, but young kids and family are a priority at the moment. Make an offer!
