This meticulously maintained Bonanza is being sold because, sadly, the owner no longer qualifies for a medical certificate. The aircraft has been consistently hangared by the current owner. A presentation of the condition and installed equipment are shown elsewhere in the ad. Please contact the sellers representative via email - The actual #1 Airframe logbook is missing, however photo copies of the pages from June 1988 to September 1995 are available. Numerous other maintenance records substantiate the work performed between September 1995 until November 2001 when the #2 Airframe logbook begins. Most of the work prior to November 2001 has been repeated, or is no longer applicable to the current configuration of the plane. The maintenance records detailing repairs to the tail of the aircraft resulting from "hangar rash" are well documented. The vertical stabilizer was concurrently repaired/modified to terminate AD 93-24-03, and the magnesium elevator skins were opportunistically replaced with aluminum skins to avoid the known corrosion problems associated with magnesium. This Bonanza is currently in Massachusetts on Martha's Vineyard (KMVY) in a well lit, heated hangar. An evaluation may be conducted here with aircraft jacks and compressed air available for qualified mechanics. Scans of the records for the last ten years are available, however the entire collection of available paper records weighs about 35 pounds. Scanning all of them is impracticable, however they are all available for viewing on site. ALL TIMES AND SPECIFICATIONS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION UPON INSPECTION.
