Good aircraft, mid time engine well maintained. Owned by a Delta pilot who is making room for another plane. Basic six pack Kx155 radio stack + DME IFR certified pitot static check ADSB out with auto pilot. Annual was done in June 2025 mags just rebuilt new wind shield 2024 new paint 2024 new elt 2025. Only SQWAK is the GPS hasn't been updated since 2014. Aircraft TT: 12300 Engine TSMOH: 1200 Prop :1200 Times will change the aircraft is still being used
