Propeller
Painted in 2000. Shows well with a couple areas of light etching (see pictures). Has had Corrosion-X treatment every year of my ownership with no issues found! Open checkbook for maintenance at a Cessna Service Center. Hydraulic power pack replaced in 2022 with overhauled unit. 2 new main tires replaced in January of this year. Nose-gear tire replaced 2023. All Whelen LED lights for Strobe, nav, landing, taxi, and beacon. Rear nav light upgraded to also strobe. Appears to have had a hard landing and inspection in April 1993. Nothing found and no other issues with gear (other than preventive maintenance) noted in logs. AD 2020-18-01 (wing strut attachment point) complied with. Kit preemptively installed in 2022. Annual completed 1/2026
Interior
Interior installed in 2002. Tan leather seats with a little bit of wear on pilot seat, otherwise in great condition! New carpets installed in 2022!
