Description
Thank you for your interest in our C172 Hawk XP. I am very proud of this airplane and take a great deal of pride knowing we have an absolutely turn-key airplane available for purchase. I bought this plane in December of 2024 for my son to build some time quickly, as he had an amazing job offer to fly Hawker 800s for an operator based in South Florida. As the plane has served its purpose, I would like to offer N736TT to a new good home.
Engine
Continental IO-360-K with ISHAM Mod with 610 hours SMOH, 75 hours STOH (TBO 2,200), 210 HP for 5 minutes, 195 HP continuous. All Cylinders are new in the last year with less than 75 hours. Compressions: 73, 70, 71, 75, 76, and 71
Propeller
McCauley 2-blade Constant Speed Propeller 286 hours SMOH
Interior
Beautiful red leather, no cloth. Condition 9/10. New interior carpet. 4-person intercom. Charging ports for your phone/iPad.

Inspection
Complete logs. The plane has a clean accident/incident history according to Aviation DB. Prior to my purchase in December, 2024, this aircraft was acquired in March of 2023 by a Cirrus dealership, Millennial Technologies, based in FLL after the previous owner had a "hard landing" in January 2022 (all details in maintenance logs) and this dealer bought it to overhaul after the previous owner settled for an insurance claim. As a result of that landing, they replaced the firewall, and during that repair, they rebuilt and replaced most parts which is why it is extremely clean. This aircraft has never been used for flight training. The plane got a fresh paint job in 2024. The interior is original, but as you can see in the pictures, the leather is in amazing shape and very clean. New Instrument panel with room for expansion of the GPS up to a 750 if desired. New interior carpet. New front windshield. STOL kit. Detailed inside and out November 2025. It is spotless!
