1977 Cessna 172N in good overall condition with a clean, well-maintained airframe and recent annual completed last month. Equipped with an EarthX ETX lithium battery upgrade for improved starting performance and weight savings. Powered by a Lycoming O-320-H2AD engine overhauled in 2017 with approximately 1,582 SMOH. Engine has been upgraded with the T-mod conversion and crankshaft PID completed, eliminating the recurring crankshaft AD requirements. Magnetos were overhauled approximately 300 hours ago. Propeller time is the same as the engine. Compression at the last annual was 75/72/76/76. Aircraft is also equipped with a Power Flow exhaust, and a top-end overhaul was completed roughly 50 hours ago. Avionics have been professionally upgraded with a modern Garmin panel.
