1977 Cessna 150M for sale. Times are approximately since it flies occasionally. Airframe 3670 TT Engine 1207 SMOH Propeller 1207 SMOH Some history about the airplane: I purchased it in Oct 2023 to time build. I have flown it roughly 1100hrs and feel so bad to have let it go. At the time, It had 200hrs on engine and 2600TT airframe. Airplane was hangared for almost its entire life, and still is with me. It had no corrosion whatsoever so I expect the same now specially being in a very dry area, and nothing was found in the 2 annuals and a 100hrs inspection I've done. Airplane never stayed out of an annual inspection and I have done some upgrades and maintenance over these 2.5years. Selling because I am on the edge of a divorce and need to get things settled down. Here are some of the ones I did: -Spin-on Oil Filter -LED landing light -McFarlene Fuel Vent tube to prevent fuel leak -Skytec Starter -Left main tire brand new. The others are half way, but they were all installed new with me. -GTX 330 Transponder -GSI 275 Attitude Indicator -JPI 730 Engine Monitor -MX 300 com/nav radio (Although it's old, it has just been installed to replace the original RT328-T. It's day and night different) -GMA 340 Audio Panel (Just installed) along with Avionics master switch. -Real Gasket Push Rod Tubes installed recently. No more leaks on push rod tubes! -Brand New Spark Plug harness (Not installed but will go with airplane) It was purchased new just as a preventive maintenance. -Overhauled Marvel Carburetor installed September 2025. - Compressions on last Annual 76/76/78/75 over 80. - Left Seat needs some patch which I could do but not sure if I will have time until airplane is gone. Upgrades already in the airplane when I purchased it: -uAvionix Tailbeacon -Mogas STC -STOL Kit -I have the wheel fairings and child bench. - All logbooks available.
