1976 Cessna 150M N9392u Serial Number 15078340 FOR SALE $55,000. Total Time Airframe 10242.1 Engine 1083.7 SMOH (Note times may increase slightly due to use) This aircraft has been owned by me since Jan 2017 and maintained since then to present by Colonial Air FBO at New Bedford KEWB. Aircraft has been flown to Oshkosh and/or Clinton Iowa (150/152 Fly-in) on three occasions and to the Leesburg VA a number of time to visit family. The interior has been well maintained and upgraded with carpeting and leather upholstery by TN Wings. Although it began as a trainer in 1976 which is reflected in the high airtime airframe, a close inspection reveals an airframe in very good and well-maintained condition. Complete set of airframe and engine log books are included and digital copies are available for review. The only damage during my ownership was a result of a carburetor fire that was a result of a backfire on start-up which damaged the carb, ice detector probe, air filter and engine shroud all of which was repaired, repainted and/or replaced. Overall the previous owner's paint job is holding up but it's been on tie-downs and not hangered so weather has taken a bit of a toll. I have kept the interior plastic in good shape with some components replaced with new and others repaired and painted. The TN Wings interior carpeting and leather/memory foam seats make this one of the most attractive and comfortable interiors you will find in a Cessna 150. The included optional fuel steps make refueling a breeze. Coupled with the robust modern avionics this is a time builder or weekend recreational aircraft that will not disappoint. It is VFR only but one could easily add an alternate static source and GPS navigation to bring it up to IFR standards.
