This Cherokee 180D is fully IFR-equipped and in great shape. Basically, the 180D is the predecessor to the Warrior/Archer. This one is a 120-125 knot airplane at altitude, but when fuel economy is important, it sips just 8.6 gal at 8,000 feet and 115 knots (65% power). The paint is a 9.5 (two minor nicks/scratches), and the interior is about a 7 or 8 (some cloth fraying on the copilot seat). It is a great airplane for building time, or as a cross-country platform. The equipment list is extensive: Garmin GNS400 GPS/NAV/COM, STEC-30 autopilot with GPSS or HDG steering, dual glideslopes, dependable Narco MK12 secondary radio with CDI GS, JPI EDM 700 engine monitor, EI FP-5L Fuel Totalizer, UAvionics wingtip ADS-B out, gap seals, fancy pants, wingtip speed / lighting mods, and much much more!! This airplane is a rare gem waiting for a discerning new owner. This Cherokee 180D has been meticulously maintained and is a standout among its peers and even later model Pipers. All logbooks are available from zero time to now. The airplane has a current annual and is due again in November.
