Sportsman STOL kit increases wing area best, plus WingX STC adds 36 inches to wingspan and increases max gross weight from 2650 to 2950 lbs. Useful load now 1110 lbs. Javalin 18-gallon auxillary fuel tank. 73-gallon total capacity. Alpha Systems Angle of Attack (AOA) with heads up display. Fresh IFR cert. Always hangared, Exterior paint 9, Interior condition 8. Complete logs.

Engine

Continental/Millennium O-470-L with 1027 hours since major overhaul by Millenium. It is significant that approximately 50% of Continental ADs do not apply due to Millenium overhaul improvements. Changed to Slick mags, fire-shielded oil and fuel lines 100 flight hours ago. Wolf oil filtration system. Carburetor and Governor overhauled during annual inspection. The McCauley propeller has 1495 SMOH with new hub cap and seal. Less than 5-flight hours ago, the McCauley two blade propeller was removed, inspected, and repaired as necessary (IRAN) at Aircraft Accessories of Oklahoma, after a couple drops of red dye were noticed on the hangar floor below the prop hub. A new design prop hub and seal were installed before return to service
