Cessna 170 Project! Own a piece of aviation history! VH-KLO is a 1948 Cessna 170 with fabric wings - where the 172 we all know started, Was flown from London to Sydney in an air race we have all the info TTIS 3500hrs Work required to get it flying Needs new cables due to some of them having wear marks all cables have been cut due to being unserviceable Engine installation 0-300 we have a complete 0-300c with 450hrs to run plus prop to suit and STC so it can be fitting to the C170 We also have 2 C-145 both in pieces A set of overhauled cases, crank, cam, sump intake pipes and tapper cover Millennium cylinders Stacks of cylinders which would need inspection before installing Overhauled mags, starter, alternator Struts need to be painted Tail plane needs to be painted or polished Possibly the undercarriage bolts need to be change due to hours to run Requires assembly using new AN hardware PRICE at $60,000 but open to offers or a trade for a RAAUS Tail dragger Call Dan to discuss this opportunity!
