About the Gulfstream G500
The Gulfstream G500 is the clean-sheet large-cabin jet introduced in 2018 — the smaller sibling of the G600. Twin Pratt & Whitney PW814GA engines give a range of about 5,300 nm, and it shares the Symmetry flight deck with active control sidesticks. (Note: a legacy GV-based "G500" existed years earlier and was rare — today's G500 is an all-new aircraft.)
