About the Bell 505
The Bell 505 Jet Ranger X is Bell's modern light single-turbine — a clean-sheet five-seat helicopter introduced in 2017, designed as the spiritual successor to the JetRanger. Powered by a Safran Arrius 2R turboshaft and equipped from the factory with a Garmin G1000H glass cockpit, the 505 is the newest entry point into Bell turbine ownership. It is popular for training, private flying and light commercial operations. As a newer aircraft, most 505s on the used market are low-time and trade close to new prices.
Produced 2017. Total produced: 500.
