1968 PIPER CHEROKEE 140 - 4322TT 2366SMOH 118STOH ADSB out New Garmin GTR225 Aera 660 dock, all logs 78/72/78/74 needs R wing. No damage history but corrosion found on R wing during annual/spar inspection. Easy fix is to swap wing but I am losing my hangar space, so selling to someone who wants to do it. 3/4 top end done 118 hrs ago. Windows and windshield replaced 2 years ago. All hoses replaced 4 years ago. New battery. Owned since 2012. Uavionics Tail Beacon. Insured for $64K, asking $42 OBO. Everything apart from wing passed annual perfectly. Gas tanks perfect, all ADs completed.
