2021 Airborne Edge XT-912-STREAK 3

Airborne Edge XT-912 (80 hp Rotax 912) with Streak 3B – Tundra G-XTEE was the first UK registered, Australian manufactured, Airborne XT-912 certified by the CAA as compliant with BCAR section S and imported just in time for its first appearance at Popham 2004 it has been owned by me and my flying partner since then. It spent a weekend and 25 flying hours registered in Australia as T2-2252 as part of its certification process before export in 2004. It has been maintained in perfect condition, as I was the importer, and this was the demonstrator. It has the Tundra wheel and tyre conversion together with rear disc hydraulic brakes. Although the log shows 950 hours only the Rotax 912 and a few components have this total. Completely rebuilt 2 ½ times after some training incidents, every aluminium tube nut and bolt has been replaced and the latest all new Streak 3B-II Wing fitted less than 100 hours ago. Stored in a dry and dark hanger at a private strip in Shropshire this is a truly lovely aircraft that is a joy to fly and has no bad habits.
