I am selling my 25% share in this Spanish-registered ultralight aircraft (MTOM 450 kg). I am a German national who lived in Granada for several years, and as I recently returned to Germany, I am now selling my share. The other three owners are Spanish. The aircraft is in perfect condition with low hours on the clock, and is easily accessible from Granada city (20 minutes by car). Running costs for an ULM are low (hangar, etc.). It is regularly maintained and there is an AMO located at the airfield. It can also be flown by non-residents holding an EASA LAPL, PPL, etc. (see remarks). Airplane time state: TTAF/TTE about 530 h (still flying, so subject to change) Engine Rotax 912 ULS 100HP, KievProp propeller
