2010 Tecnam P-2002 Jf

This example has been owned by a small group based out of Popham airfield in Southern England. The aircraft is offered in very good condition inside and out. However, it was damaged following a hard landing 'windshear' incident. At that point it was dismantled and taken by road to Wiltshire Aircraft Maintenance at Popham. The engine was removed and sent to SAS Ltd, Leicester. Over a period of time the aircraft was then reassembled with new wing bolts, NWLG replaced with Tecnam OEM parts and a new Hoffman propeller (SN:N82156) fitted. The aircraft was then ground run, prior to being considered fit for release to service and was then test flown, with no issues. Maintenance included: Gearbox removal, stripped and shock load inspected. Crankshaft runout measured (0.05mm, 0.08mm limit). Gearbox stripped and prop flange runout measured (0.02mm, 0.03mm limit). Mandatory parts replaced: All parts from CFS Aero 232246 x 1 roller bearing; 950200 x 1 gear box rear oil seal 832578 x 1 ball bearing gearbox front 850965 x 1 rear crank case oil seal 838216 x 3 disk spring 297656 x 8 rotax certified spark plugs 847787 x 1 step collar new type 933362 x 1 centre bushing 926035 x 2 ring half Exhaust nuts and fuel pump All paperwork available for disclosure.
