Owner had previously built a Lancair 320. We attended 2 week fast build course at Lancair in April 2001, closing out wings and some control surfaces. Excellent paint and finished surface (9.5/10), always hangared. Meticulously cared for and maintained. 90 gallon fuel capacity, less than 16 gal/hour fuel burn at 50 degrees lean of peak. 220-230 knot TAS at 58% power setting, greater than 1000 mile range. 600 hours flight time. Sale can also include extra parts, construction jigs (useful during service), oxygen tanks with cart, jack stands and engine hoist, specially made tools for servicing plane, canvas cover for when not hangared, chocks, tow bars, battery charger/ground power unit, and lots more.
