Clean and tidy CTsw. Low TTAF. Good condition. Requires minor cosmetic work and an Annual. CS Variable Neuform prop VR3 is time expired. EProp with MARAP could be an option for this aircraft. Upper RH windscreen has suffered bird impact damage. 1 x brand new (boxed) windscreen is included. New brakes and rotors fitted. 2 spare sets of wheen spats included. We need the hanger space so keen to sell. Aircraft does need to be seen. 912ULS. Runs well. Engine is time expired from flying school use. Full Service History for engine is available. Good compressions. Carbs overhauled, No known engine or gearbox issues.
