Description
This thing has been rode gentle and put up dry. Engine IO360 Continental model no IO360ES27B a factory remanned installed 9/4/22. The engine now has currently 300 hours and going up. Airframe total time 2085 hours. CAPS replacement due in 2-12-2035. Annual inspection done 3/26 Pitot static & transponder completed 3/26 Has Dual Garmin GNS-430's, WAAS equipped, Sandel Electric HSI display, Garmin GI-106 HSI, Avidyne EX-5000C MFD w/ electronic charts, engine monitor and analog engine gauges. GMA 345 Audio panel w/Bluetooth. S-TEC 55x AUTO-PILOT w/Altitude pre-select, Upgraded MCU 120 vs. the stock 100. ADS-B in/out, storm scope lightning detection, Skywatch 497 active traffic. Interior is fine for its age. This is a turn key airplane, that’s not going to ask for much for a while. Owner wants to go a bit faster. It’s ready to go vfr or ifr. All reasonable offers will be considered. Will send over copies of the logs on request.
