2003 Columbia 350 Total time on engine and prop is 1953 hours since new. Still has plenty of life and doesn’t burn oil. I travel in it regularly and I’ve flown it over 80 hours in the past year. Avionics: Avidyne Entegra EX 5000 with dual Garmin 430s, non-waas. EMAX engine Monitor, STEC 55x autopilot, GTX 345 transponder adsb in/out, flight stream 210 Kelly Thermawing on wing, elevator, and prop. Tanis Engine heater Precise flight speed brakes Dual alternators and batteries. Fresh October 2025 annual! Paint and interior are great. Hangared in Mesquite, TX KHQZ. No damage history. Does not have a/c or oxygen (saves on maintenance and annual!), but even being in Texas, I have not been uncomfortable with the heat with the doors vented open during taxi. Asking $230,000
