Description
This BERK EZ-RG has been manufactured in the 1996 s by Major General John D. Moore. It has undergone an extensive refurbish-overhaul and upgrade process in the 2020 s by an EASA PART 145 certified MRO and Avionic Company in Southwest of Germany. INFINITY Retractible MainLandingGear The installed Landing gear is extra stable and reinforcerd (incl. Nose Gear to operate on unpaved RWY s) The Emergency Main-Gear-Down is powered by a CO2 Cartridge. The Nose Gear is electrical driven (no Handcrank as known from Standard LONG EZ and VARI EZY ) Main Landing Gear Computer and visual check: The Cycles (Gear-up/down) of the Main Landing Gear are monitored by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) which is a is robust, specialized computer for industrial automation that handles control and regulation tasks, flexibly automates machines and production processes, and thereby increases efficiency, reliability, and safety by responding to sensor inputs and controlling actuators. They replace older, hard-wired control systems and, through reprogramming, allow for rapid adaptation to new requirements, making them the "brain" of many industrial plants. Videocams are installed under the wings. MLG Status can be displayed in the DYNON SKYVIEW Triple redundancy for Main Landing Gear Safety he Main Landing gear can be lowered in three different ways: 1. Normal Gear Down : Gear swings down, trut will be extended, when Gearswing is fulfilled. 2. Lower the Landing Gear (Gear Swing) and extend the struts seperately. 3. Lower the Main Landing Gear for Emergency Shoot out via CO2 Cartridge. Airplane time state: ALL TIMES SINCE GRAND OVERHAUL ARE approx. 12 hrs. Times may change, coz a/c is still flying frequently Lycoming TIO-360-EXP Turbocharged engine Connecting Rods and Rod Bearings are the reinforced versions from a Malibu 350. So you can power up the Take-Off-Run to 42 MP at 2700RPM. The performance of this engine should be somewhere beyond 220 HP. MTV 3-Blade-Hydraulic-Constant-Speed-Prop he MTV-12-B Propeller is made in 2016 and OVH in 11/23 The P-863-4R Governor is made in 2017 The Control Box GEC-1 is made in 2017...all three items hold a EASA Form One Certificate
