Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, We are pleased to offer this ready-to-fly Piper Malibu PA-46-310P, powered by a strong and reliable Continental TSIO-550-C engine. Simply get in and start flying with complete confidence. The aircraft is already equipped with brand-new GAMIjectors, ensuring optimized fuel management, lower fuel consumption and enhanced operational efficiency. For additional performance and comfort, the aircraft is fitted with spoilers as well as extended fuel tanks, providing an additional 10 gallons of fuel capacity per side. In 2024, the aircraft received a beautiful avionics upgrade, ensuring modern capability and advanced technology for many years to come. This avionics is supported by a new, pod-mounted Garmin radar. Furthermore, a new MTV-14-D/195-30B propeller was installed in 2024. All modifications and installations are fully STC approved. The air conditioning system was recently refurbished and is operating perfectly. In addition, the aircraft is equipped with a heated windshield plate, which is functioning flawlessly. To further enhance reliability and safety, the latest version of the fuel level sensors was installed in May 2026 in accordance with Piper Service Letter 1159B. A fresh 100-hour inspection, including a new ARC, was completed on March 9, 2026. During the last routine maintenance, the engine was repaired due to camshaft wear. As part of this repair, all necessary parts were replaced. Overall, the aircraft is in exceptionally well-maintained condition and presents itself as a highly capable and reliable aircraft for immediate operation.
