1984 Piper Aerostar 700P (N707JP) with just 2,542 hours TT (as of 01 Feb 2026). Pressurized six-place cabin with executive club seating , a gray leather interior, and a Matterhorn White paint scheme with red/gold striping and navy accents (repaint April 2012). Twin 350 HP LycomingTIO-540-U2A turbocharged, intercooled, counter-rotating engines show 770 hours SMOH (both) and drive Hartzell 3-blade props (492 hours since overhaul, both). Full de-ice (boots, heated props, windshield), Machen winglets , and a 40-gallon auxiliary fuel tank make this a capable all-weather, long-range traveler. IFR/ADS-B panel includes Garmin 530W/430W WAAS GPS/COMs, King KFC-150 autopilot with flight director, Avidyne EX500 with radar, JPI EDM-760, Shaden fuel flow, and 3M Stormscope. Panel modernization in progress: (replacing Sandel HSI) with dual Garmin GI 275 instruments (AHRS; incl. autopilot-interface variant), Garmin GMU 44 magnetometer, and Whelen Orion 650 LED nav/strobe wingtips. Target completion end Feb 2026 (installation/sign-off per shop). Fresh annual completed September 2025; always hangared; no known damage history; complete logs.
